This should be a zero-star review, but I’m posting it as one star to reduce the chance of automatic suppression. I have nothing positive to say about my experience with Dan Mehta as a realtor. I chose him based on online reviews (which I now question) and an endorsement from his then-colleague Sharon Caetano. Dan Mehta failed to address key risks in the transaction. His attention appeared focused more on closing the sale quickly than on protecting my interests as the client. I will never use this agent again under any circumstances. Also, be cautious of agents whose positive reviews come primarily from colleagues rather than from satisfied clients.
